Got these keycaps from kbdfans. Colors were close to the photos. Maybe a bit darker in person. Still look nice though. Not a perfect match, so 4 stars

It did end up working after I flashed the firmware, so I’ll give it that. But the setup took me a while to figure out and felt more confusing than it should have. Not the worst experience, just a bit frustrating...

I ordered some keyboard parts from kbdfans, the payment process was smoother than I expected. I know people can be picky about checkout stuff, but I actually appreciated that they had a few payment options so I wasn’t forced into using something I don’t trust.

Checkout was quick, my payment went through right away, and the confirmation email showed up fast too. It’s nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point. When I’m buying online, I just want it to work without turning into a whole problem.

It feels really solid and literally does exactly what I needed it to do. No complaints so far

I signed up for restock alerts on a couple of keyboard parts, mostly switches and a small stabilizer kit, and it worked well. I got the email when one of the items came back in stock and managed to place my order before it disappeared again. One notification did land in my Promotions tab, so I almost missed it, but that’s more of a Gmail thing than their fault. I do wish the restocks stuck around a bit longer, even just an extra day would help. Overall, it was a useful experience.

I ordered a few keyboard parts from KBDfans, and overall the quality was solid. Everything looked fine when it arrived, and the shipping took a little while, but nothing too wild or unexpected.

The main thing that bugged me was the compatibility info. Some product pages explain things well enough, but others were kind of unclear, so I ended up digging through Reddit threads and YouTube videos just to feel sure the parts would actually fit my board. Definitely DOUBLE-CHECK before ordering.

Support did get back to me, but it wasn’t super quick. I wouldn’t call it a bad shopping experience at all, I just really wish the listings made compatibility easier to understand upfront.

The site works okay overall, but... yeah, the menus took me a bit to figure out. Once I clicked around for a while it made more sense, though.

Putting this together was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The assembly guide barely explained anything, and I spent so much time just guessing where parts were supposed to go. It felt like nobody actually read through the instructions before sending them out.

I ended up spending way more time on it than planned because some of the instructions weren’t very clear. It’s not a bad product, but I definitely wouldn’t call it beginner-friendly. Also, when I reached out, the response felt like one of those canned apologies, which didn’t really help much

I joined a group buy here it was kind of a mess. The updates were super inconsistent, the dates kept getting pushed back, and it never really felt like anyone was clearly explaining what was going on. I totally get that delays can happen, but the slow, vague support replies made the whole thing REALLY frustrating. After this, I don’t think I’d join another group buy here.

Checkout on kbdfans.com was fine in the end, but yeah, it felt a bit clunky clunky at times. The cart took a little while to load, and I had to go back and double check the shipping options because the price changed more than I was expecting.

I ordered a few keyboard parts from KBDfans. The quality was good. Shipping was fine. Not super fast, but not terrible either. My main issue was the price. Some parts felt worth it. Others felt a bit expensive once shipping and fees were added. It’s not a bad shop at all. Just not always the best value. I’d still order again if I needed something specific.

I’ll give them credit: the keyboard parts are genuinely solid and the quality didn’t disappoint. But wow, waiting on shipping updates felt a little like being left on a cliffhanger. Good shop overall, just wish the communication moved a bit faster sometimes

I ordered this because the product photos made it look really nice, but what arrived just didn’t match up. The colors were off and the finish looked different from what was shown online. Maybe it’s the lighting or editing, I don’t know, but I’m tired of running into this same issue again. It felt misleading, and I wouldn’t trust the pictures next time...

I bought some parts from kbdfans because I was hoping to get a deeper, fuller sound out of the build, but to my ears it ended up sounding hollow and pingy. I tried adding foam and swapping in different switches, but I still kept getting this sharp, clacky sound that just wasn't what I personally wanted.
Shipping was totally fine, so I wouldn't say the whole experience was bad. It just felt like the sound profile didn't line up with what I thought I was getting, and I was a bit disappointed with the final result.

I was disappointed with my experience on KBDfans. I went in hoping to find a few specific parts and colors, but so much of what I wanted was either sold out or just not available anymore. They do seem to have some nice stuff, but the selection felt way too limited if you’re looking for something specific. I ended up spending a bunch of time browsing only to have to check other sites anyway. I’d at least appreciate an apology or some acknowledgment, because it was frustrating

I’ve been really liking this keyboard so far. It feels smooth and sturdy, i keep finding excuses to type on it, anyway, the keys just have a really nice feel to them.

They’ve got some really nice keyboard stuff on the site, and I wanted to like it more, but the stock situation is frustrating. A lot of the items that looked available or were hyped up ended up being out of stock, and the restocks feel slower than expected. It’s not a terrible experience, but it’s annoying when the site makes it seem like there’s plenty to browse and then half the things I actually want aren’t there

I was feeling rushed when I reached out, but the support team was really nice and got the issue fixed quickly. It was a big relief.
